2023 Taxes must be paid in full prior to the filing date of March 31, 2024.  If payment has not been received by this date, your account will be forwarded to the appropriate delinquent tax agency for further action.  Township and School delinquent Real Estate taxes are filed at Beaver County Tax Claim.  Delinquent Fire Protection, Hydrant, and Street Light fees are filed at Sharp Collections.

*Note:  2022 tax year is the only year that all taxes were filed at Beaver County Tax Claim.

**The tax collector will no longer be collecting the PER CAPITA TAX, effective for 2022. 

This is the $15.00 tax bill that was mailed with the school real estate tax bills.  Berkheimer Associates has been contracted by both North Sewickley Township & Riverside School District to collect this tax.  The tax bills will be mailed separately at the end of July of each year.
